Sutherland Bulgaria was awarded first place in the category „Employer Brand Leader of the Year” at the annual Employer Branding Awards organized by b2b Media.

Thirteen companies were awarded in various categories at a ceremony held on January 19th in Novotel Sofia. The „Employer Brand Leader of the Year” category recognizes companies that successfully contributed to the relationship between leadership and implementation of HR strategies and projects for attracting and managing talents.

The Employer Branding Awards by b2b Media recognize excellence in employer branding initiatives and strategies in Bulgaria in 2017. The jury was looking for novel and unconventional techniques which deliver and guarantee that the success of the employee is a keystone in the ultimate mission of a business.
