Innovation has always been at the heart of Sutherland. We are delighted to share that on 3 June, we were ​presented the Innovation of the Year Award at the annual Innovation, Technology and Sourcing Awards 2022, organized by the Association for Innovation, Business Excellence, Services, and Technology (AIBEST).

This award was in recognition of our digital solution Chatbot Aiden, which is designed to develop human cognitive skills and integrate experiential learning by using a technology solution. Designed to think, act, and behave like a human via simulation of real interactions between our employees and customers, Chatbot Aiden is a big step forward towards a more personalized experience, which people expect in a digital age.

Congratulations to the #SutherlandStrong Consultant Learning Services Team who worked on the deployment of Aiden and a special shout out to Tapan Sabharwal who led the project.
