Required skills & experience:
- Excellent verbal and written Spanish and English language skills
- Interest for video gaming, specifically mobile games
- Excellent customer service and soft skills
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions
- Good understanding in troubleshooting
Role responsibilities:
- You’ll provide professional support to customers queries mainly via email
- You’ll educate customers on the troubleshooting processes
- You’ll identify and analyze player`s needs to create the best resolution for them
- You`ll impact the improvement of the customer support process
