Sutherland is seeking an attentive and goal-oriented person to join us as Technical Support Guru. We are a group of driven and hard-working individuals. Your main tasks:

  • Provide first class customer service and technical support through phone and e-mail
  • Help customers with account, product and order -related inquiries
  • Utilize provided tools and resources to resolve customer issues and walk-through
  • Represent the client in a professional yet friendly manner through phone and email interaction
  • Adhere to client’s defined processes & procedures and company policies
  • Transfer or endorse contacts to the appropriate department for resolution

Qualifications

  • Excellent  German – both written and spoken
  • Very good English
  • Computer Navigation Skills and multi-tasking
  • Knowledge in internet router’s specifications, internet connectivity and troubleshooting
  • Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical users
  • Knowledge in Consumer Electronics’ specifications, usage, and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible working hours
