About the Role:ย 
๐ŸŽง As a Spotify Customer Service Expert, you’ll provide non-voice support through email and messaging systems. No calls!ย 

Your Tasks:ย 
๐Ÿ“ง Providing Email support for our clients.ย 
๐Ÿ’ฌ Answering “How to” and “FAQ” questions.ย 
๐Ÿ’ณ Assisting with account and payment-related queries and issues.ย 
๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Providing troubleshooting assistance.ย 

Our Requirements:ย 
๐ŸŒŸ Excellent Written skills in Arabic (C1).ย 
๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Good Verbal & Written skills in English (B2 or above).ย 
๐Ÿ‘ฅ Previous Experience in Customer Service is a plus.ย 
๐Ÿค Communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships with customers.ย 
๐Ÿ˜Š Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills, with a โ€œcan doโ€ attitude.ย 
๐Ÿ“ Ability to present complex information in a simple and understandable way.ย
